• Features

  • • Adopting advanced fully digital AC variable frequency technology, the intelligentized driller control is realized through the integrated design of PLC, touch screen, pneumatic, electric, hydraumatic and drilling instrument.

• Drawworks, rotary table, and mud pump are driven by wide frequency, high power motor. Thereby the stepless speed regulation is reached.

• Drawworks is single shaft gear drive drawworks with 2 gear, compact size, light weight, little vibration, low noise, high efficiency and long service life and adopt the compound mode with hydraulic disc brake and motor dynamic brake.

• Automatic drilling is obtained by drawworks main motors or auxiliary motor. At the same time, the trip and drill working condition are monitored in real time.

• Adopt intelligentized soft starter, ET200 or ASI module to protect and supervise the MCC system.

•  Intelligentized position control of traveling block is supplied to prevent top and low collision.

• Protective functions including loss pressure of pneumatic or hydraumatic, the fault of electrical control system or motor, the limit of rotary table torque or pump pressure is provided.

• Independent driller cabin is on the user’s requirements. To realize intelligent control of pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and instrument system so that driller completes the total operations in the cabin for better working conditions and lessening working strength. Logic control, supervision and maintenance during complete drilling operations are available by PLC process. The drilling data can be stored printed and remote transmitted.
